RETURNS- Just like you, custom made items are unique and special in a way that is all their own. For this reason I am unable to allow for returns. Please check sizing before ordering to ensure proper fit. Feel free to contact me with any sizing questions, I'd love to help!
EXCHANGES- Customer must contact me within 3 days of receiving item to process exchange. Items must be in NEW condition (unworn and unwashed). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee will apply. Exchange will not be processed until item has been returned and inspected. Exchange is subject to current turn around times.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?- Unless otherwise stated
-Ready to ship leotards ship in 1-3 days (excluding Sundays) (does not include transit time)
-If you add a design add on to your leotard, the turn around time is 1-3 weeks before item ships (does not include transit time).
-If you order a ready to ship leotard along with a leotard with a design add on, your whole order falls into the 1-3 week turn around.
-Made to order pieces ship in 3-5 weeks (EXCLUDING transit time for US orders)
-If you order a ready to ship leotard along made to order pieces, your whole order falls into the 3-5 week turn around.
*If you need an item by a certain date, please email us first. We also offer upgraded shipping for faster delivery.
MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED- Often, a label is created for your order as it prepares to ship. Please allow 24-36 hours for it to show as processed through USPS. Once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of USPS, sadly, I am no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER- Don't fret! Occasionally, I will split ship an order! The rest of your order will ship shortly =)
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER- If a package is returned to me due to customer inaccurately entering their shipping address at checkout, customer is responsible for shipping costs to reship items to correct address.
YOU'RE OUT OF STOCK!- We are constantly in production of restocks. Sometimes it may take 4-6 weeks before an item is back in stock. Check back frequently, and be sure to join our FB VIP group to always be in the know about restocks and new releases.
And always remember, I am a one women shop, but a mom first! And I am always doing my very best to get your order processed and shipped within my stated turn around time.
